倫敦：Hyatt Regency London The Churchill - The Montagu

2015倫敦，位於倫敦市的Hyatt Regency London The Churchill，酒店早前重新裝修，環境更舒適。到了位於地下層的餐廳The Montagu吃午飯，餐廳主要提供英國和歐洲菜式，下午茶更有傳統下午茶，這裡的下午茶更曾被英國茶葉協會選為得獎下午茶之一，如週日到來，更可試推出不久的Sunday Brunch。

Daily Soup，£8，微冷的午間先來一客熱湯，喝完感覺相當舒服。還有自家焗製的麵包，外脆內鬆軟的麵包塗上滑溜的牛油，一開始就令人吃不停口。
Dressed White Devon Crab，Avocados with Mandarin Dressing，£16，頭盤來一份鮮拆蟹肉，混入牛油果及橘子沙律汁，清新酸甜，牛油果又新鮮好吃。
Braised Shin of Angus Beef with Heirloom Carrots，Peas，Herb Potato，Apple & Pig’s Trotter Jus，£19.5，with Fresh Asparagus，£4，餐廳的招牌菜之一，安格斯牛肉炆煮得十分嫩腍，入口即化，肉味濃郁，加上微甜的蘋果豬手肉汁，倍添肉香。至於伴菜的露筍又爽又清甜，很快給我們吃清了。
Apple Sticky Toffee Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream，£7.5，鬆軟的拖肥蛋糕加上濃稠的拖肥醬，味道十分香甜，再配一球雲尼拿雪糕，香滑又甜，很好吃。
除了到餐廳吃飯，也可在The Churchill Bar喝飲品聊天，Blueberry & Rosehip Sling，Blend of Blueberries，Rosehip Cordia，Fresh Passion Fruit with Lemon & Apple Juice，£8，酸酸甜甜，很合個人口味。
酒店最近還製作了'Words of Winston' Fortune Cookies，於餐廳及酒吧送給客人，內藏了有意思的句子。
