Domaine Rossignol Trapet的成立，起始於來自Volnay村莊的Jacques Rossignol 和來自Gevrey-Chambertin村莊的Mado Trapet的婚姻。自1990年開始，他們的兒子Nicolas和David接手酒莊的事業。他們從1997年起採用Biodynamic的種植方式，到2004年所有的葡萄園皆採用此種植方式。他們的酒款講求的是高雅，純淨及完整地展現風土條件的特色。.
