親子丼 雞柳200克左右, 中型洋蔥半個,去皮,切粒,大雞蛋1隻 醃料: 蒜粉1茶匙,鹽1湯匙,糖1/2湯匙,粟粉1湯匙 汁料:日本醬油1.5湯匙,味醂1湯匙,鰹魚粉1包+水100毫升 拔絲蕃薯 蕃薯100克,糖1/4量杯,水2湯匙,芝麻少許 Oyakodon 200 grams of chicken fillet, half a medium onion, peeled, diced, 1 large egg Marinade: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn starch Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons of Japanese soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 pack of benito flake + 100 ml of water Caramelized sweet potato 100 g sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, a little sesame seeds
