【通少食譜】餃子皮蔥油餅

材料 [牌子]:

3條 青蔥

5 塊 餃子皮 [fig 2 鴻運]

2 tbsp 豬油 [fig 3 Tenderflake]

調味料:

0.5 tsp 鹽

0.25 tsp 白胡椒粉

0.5 tsp 雞粉 [fig 1 家樂牌]
做法:

1. 蔥切粒加入調味料攪勻

2. 餃子皮塊搽上豬油,鋪上蔥粒,疊起再用手壓實

3. 慢火將蔥油餅煎至金黃香脆

Ingredients [brand]:

3 Green onion

5 Dumpling wrappers [fig 2 Hung Wong Foods Inc.]

2 tbsp Lard [fig 3 Tenderflake]

Seasoning

0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tspWhite pepper

0.5 tsp Chicken powder [fig 1 knorr]

Steps:

1. Diced the green onion and add in the seasoning.

2. Coat each dumpling wrapper with lard, top with diced onion. Press firmly.

3. Pan fry the dumpling over low heat until golden and crispy
