今日為你們介紹係義順牛奶公司。雖然義順喺香港只有幾間門市，但義順卻很出名，冇很多美味的甜品。
The interior design of this restaurant is a bit old-school, as it has established almost 200 years ago in Macau. Thus, the interior design has just conserved the traditional characteristics of 200 years ago.
義順室內設計選用了舊式茶水室設計，因她的母公司早於二百年前喺澳門落成，所以喺香港現有的義順都會保存反二百年前的設計風格。
In Hong Kong, Yee Shun have four branches. Yee Shun is a famous restaurant for desserts， double-skin steamed milk and steamed egg are their famous cuisines.
Although their original steamed egg and steamed milk are their Signature dishes, I ordered a cold chocolate steamed milk, you must try it, if you are a chocolate addicted person. It’s smooth texture and it’s special vita chocolate milk must drive you crazy!!
喺香港，義順有五間分店，義順出名做甜品，當中燉鮮奶，薑汁燉奶，雙皮奶係義順嘅招牌菜。今日我叫左一碗朱古力燉奶， 入到義順，筆者見到大多食客會叫原味燉奶，好少見人會叫朱古力燉奶，但其實如果你係朱古力愛好者，義順嘅朱古力燉奶你一定要試下。無論朱古力燉奶嘅味道同口感都比原味燉奶更為濃烈，朱古力味又不會濃得嚟「流」。同維他所出嘅朱古力牛奶相約。假如冬天喜歡飲熱朱奶嘅你，冬天時，特別係聖誕節，入去食反個熱朱古力燉奶真係會暖到入心！
Double skinned steamed milk
So why called Double skinned, as the name implied, there are two lipase layer on the surface of the solid steamed milk, and these two layers are butter fat. Compared with the other steamed milk, Double skinned milk is a little bit sweeter than the original steamed milk, and it’s much smoother than the those without butterfat, as its manufacture process is much complex than (double the procedure) the original streamed milk. Therefore it’s a little bit sweeter than single layer steamed milk.假如你吾鐘意食朱古力燉奶，仲有幾款燉奶你可以試下。
雙皮奶－ 雙皮奶同它的名字一樣，燉奶上面有兩層「皮」。而果兩層皮其實係乳脂，簡稱脂肪。雙皮奶對比原味燉奶，味道上較甜，但口感卻較滑，因為做雙皮奶的過程比起做原味燉奶較為復雜，類似重覆左個步驟一至兩次啦。
Besides they offer incredible dessert, they also have sandwiches and Macaroni to serve, if you would like to have breakfast or tea beyond dessert, you may order these.
其實義順隨左有提供甜品選擇外，還會提供常餐，早餐，三文治，通粉外，假如你食完個甜品仲好肚餓，你可以試下義順其他食物。
