白咖喱香茅豬扒 香茅豬扒:https://youtu.be/WhH0LlH9oM8 白咖喱汁:椰奶 300ml,雞湯 100ml,紅蔥頭(切片) 2粒,香茅2支, 南薑3片,1 tbsp 印度瑪莎拉粉,八角1粒,魚露1湯匙,黃糖.2 tsp,粟粉水1-2 tbsp,炸洋蔥(裝飾),炸香葱(裝飾),蔥粒(裝飾) 葡國正宗葡撻 現成酥皮撻模3個,檸檬皮1條,70ml 重忌廉,蛋黃1個,糖20g,粟粉0.5茶匙,肉桂條1條,雲尼拿香油少許 190度氣炸8分鐘,焗爐25分鐘 White Curry Lemongrass Pork Chop Lemongrass Pork Chop: https://youtu.be/WhH0LlH9oM8 White curry sauce: 300ml coconut milk, 100ml chicken broth, 2 shallots (sliced), 2 lemongrass, 3 south asia gingers, 1 tbsp garam masala powder, 1 star anise 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, brown sugar. 2 tsp, corn starch mixture 1-2 tbsp, fried onion (garnish), fried shallot (garnish), green onion (garnish) Portuguese Authentic Portuguese Tart 3 ready-made puff tart, 1 lemon peel, 70ml heavy cream, 1 egg yolk, 20g sugar, a little vanilla extract Airy fry 190 C for 7 mins, or oven bake for 20 mins
