芝士釀蘑菇

材料2-3人份量:
15粒 蘑菇
2 tsp 蒜粉
0.5 tsp 鹽
0.25 tsp 黑椒粉
200g 硬豆腐
20g 蛋黃醬
40g 幼麵飽糠
80g 芝士碎
1 tsp 番茜
20g 洋蔥粒
1 tsp 番茜(裝飾)

做法
1 氣炸鍋最高溫預熱5分鐘
2 洋蔥粒用中火炒至軟身
3 將洋蔥粒,豆腐碎,麵包糠,一半芝士,番茜,鹽,蛋黃醬,黑椒粉放入碗內混合好
4 將混合材料釀入蘑菇,放入鋪上牛油紙的焗盤,平均鋪上芝士
5 放入氣炸鍋,用325° F /170°C 氣炸12-15分鐘
* 焗爐就要用350° F /180°C 氣炸16-20分鐘
6 灑上番茜即可

Ingredients
15 mushrooms
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
½ tablespoon kosher salt
½ tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
200g firmed tofu
20g mayonnaise
¼ cup italian breadcrumbs (50 g)
½ cup shredded cheese (50 g), divided
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish

steps
1 Preheat the airfryer with highest temp for 5 minus
2 stir fry the onion until soft.  Set it aside.
3 In a bowl, combine onion, tofu, breadcrumb, half cheese, parsley, salt, mayo, black pepper until smooth.
4 Top each mushroom with a mixture.  Place into the airfryer basket.  Top with rest the of the cheese
5 Air fry for 325° F /170°C for 12-15mins
* or oven bake at  350° F /180°C for 16-20mins
6 Garnish with parsley.  Enjoy
