材料
2張 米紙卷
餡料
1條 青瓜切絲
50g 米粉
2-4塊 生菜葉
2-4塊 薄荷葉
2-4隻蝦仁
(其實放任何材料都可以)
魚露汁
2tbsp 魚露
2tbsp 檸檬汁
2tbsp 熱水 1tbsp 黃糖
2 tsp 蒜蓉辣椒醬
做法
1 將米紙卷放入凍水浸一下,放上碟
2 放入食量餡料 ,將米紙卷捲起
3 切開,沾上混合好魚露汁吃即可

2-4 lettuce leaves
2-4 mint leaves 2-4 shrimps
(Actually, any material can be used)
Fish sauce mixture
2tbsp fish sauce
2tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp hot water
1tbsp yellow soup
2 tsp garlic chili sauce
practice
1 Soak the rice paper in cold water, and put it on the plate
2 Add fillings and roll up the rice paper
3 Cut in half. Dip in the mixed fish sauce and eat.
