650g 豬扒

2 紅蘋果
1 cup 麵粉或粟粉 [Fig1 ]

1 cup 洋蔥絲

醃料:

1tbsp 黃糖 [Fig2 ]

1 cup 蘋果蓉 [Fig3 ]

1 tsp 蒜粉 [Fig4 ]

0.5 tsp 黑胡椒

2 tsp 鹽

1 tsp 雞蛋

2 tbsp 水

1 tsp 甜紅椒粉 [Fig5 ]
1 tsp 牛至 [Fig6 ]

1 tsp 肉桂粉 [Fig7 ]

汁料

1 tbsp 黃糖 [Fig2 ]

0.5 cup 蘋果蓉 [Fig3 ]

1 tbsp 牛油

1 cup 蘋果汁 [Fig8 ]

0.5 tsp 甜紅椒粉 [Fig5 ]

0.5 tsp 肉桂粉 [Fig7 ]

1 tbsp 茄汁 [Fig9 ]

芡粉水:
1.5 tbsp 粟粉 [Fig10 ]

2 tbsp 水

做法

1 豬扒兩面拍鬆,用醃料醃製30分鐘或以上

2 豬扒撲上麵粉或粟粉,用中火煎至9成熟

3 將汁料用中火煮滾,加入蘋果片,再加芡粉水勾芡

4 將醬汁淋上豬扒即可

1 cup Onion slices

Seasoning:

1tbsp Brown sugar [Fig2 ]

1 cup Apple Sauce [Fig3 ]

1 tsp Garlic powder [Fig4 ]

0.5 tsp Black pepper

2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Egg

2 tbsp Water

1 tsp Paprika [Fig5 ]

1 tsp Oregano [Fig6 ]

1 tsp Cinnamon [Fig7 ]

Sauce mixture

1 tbsp Brown sugar [Fig2 ]

0.5 cup Apple Sauce [Fig3 ]

1 tbsp Butter

1 cup Apple juice [Fig8 ]

0.5 tsp Paprika [Fig5 ]

0.5 tsp Cinnamon [Fig7 ]

1 tbsp Ketchup [Fig9 ]

Thickening:

1.5 tbsp Cornstarch [Fig10]

2 tbsp Water

Steps

1 Tenderize the pork chop. Marinade it with seasoning for 30 mins or more

2 Coat the pork chop with flour. Pan fry it under medium high heat until 90% done.

3 Bring the sauce to boil under medium heat. Add in the apple slices. Add thickening to thicken the sauce.

4. Top the pork chop with the sauce. Serve it hot.
