900g 腩排切丁

1 tbsp 中筋麵粉

1 tsp 黑椒粉

1 tsp 糖

1 tsp 蒜粉

2 tsp 粟粉

2 tsp 鹽

1 tsp 油
300ml 可樂

1 tbsp 老抽

1 tbsp 紹興酒

2 tsp 鎮江醋

1.5 tbsp 喼汁

900g Pork ribs cut into pieces

1 tbsp All purpose flour

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Cornstarch

2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cooking oil

300ml Coke

1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce

1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

2 tsp Black Rice Vinegar

1.5 tbsp Wortershine sauce
