做法:
1. 將乾冬菇用清水洗淨 2. 加入1茶匙糖和1茶匙粟粉
3. 加入攝氏30-40度溫水浸著冬菇
4. 等30分鐘就完成
清洗方法:
1. 水倒走加入1湯匙粟粉將冬菇擦好
2. 然後用洗水洗乾淨,冬菇內的水也要壓出
3. 平均洗2-3次即可
調味:
1. 按不同食譜需要調味
2. 通常都是生抽和糖,其他調味料不建議,會奪去冬菇鮮味
Steps: 1. Rinse the dried shiitake mushroom slightly.
2. Add 1 tsp of sugar and corn starch
3. Add in 30-40 degree Celsius warm water.
4. Let it sit for 30 mins
Cleaning:
1. Discard all the water. Add in 1 tbsp of corn starch. Mix it well with the mushrooms.
2, Rinse the mushroom. Press and squeeze out the water inside of the mushroom.
3, Repeat the step above 2-3 times.
Seasoning
1. Season it based on the recipe you use
2. Light soy sauce and sugar is the most common seasoning. Other seasonings are not recommended as they may cover the taste of the mushroom.
