16隻 雞中翼
70g 中筋麵粉 (約半杯)[fig1] 1.5 tsp 黑芝麻
0.5 tsp 辣椒粉 [fig2]
0.5 tsp 孜然粉 [fig3]
醃料
2 tsp 生抽 [fig4]
1 tsp 雞粉 [fig5]
1 tsp 蒜粉 [fig6]
1 tsp 糖
2.5 tsp 孜然粉 [fig3]
1 tsp 黑椒粉
1.5 tsp 五香粉 [fig7]

1 雞翼用醃料醃1小時以上
2 雞翼用麵粉包好
3 用氣炸鍋攝氏195度8分鐘,反轉掃上油,再焗6分鐘 * 用鑊煎:鑊加入1湯匙油中火燒熱,每面煎約3-4分鐘
4 鑊無油用細火將黑芝麻、辣椒粉、孜然粉炒2分鐘,加入雞翼炒勻即可

0.5 tsp chili powder [fig2]
0.5 tsp cumin powder [fig3]
Seasoning
2 tsp Light soy sauce [fig4]
1 tsp chicken powder [fig5]
1 tsp garlic powder [fig6]
1 tsp sugar
2.5 tsp cumin powder [fig3]
1 tsp ground black pepper
1.5 tsp Chinese 5 spices [fig7]

1 Marinated chicken wings with seasoning for at least 1 hours 2 Coat the chicken wings with flour
3 Air fryer the chicken wings with 195 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes. Turn it over. Air fry again for 6 minutes
* Pan-fry: Add 1 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Heat over medium heat. Pan fry each side for about 3-4 minutes4 Pan fry the black sesame seeds, chili powder and cumin in pan over low heat for 2 mins. Mix in the cooked chicken wings. Serve it hot
