600g 雞中翼
1 tsp 檸檬汁
雞肉醃料
1 tsp 雞粉
1 tsp 海鹽
0.5 tsp 五香粉
1 tsp 蒜粉
1 tsp 油
1 tsp 粟粉 1 tsp 水
汁料
1 tbsp 紹興酒
1 tbsp 印尼甜豉油
1 tsp 鹽
200ml 可樂

1 將雞翼用醃料醃30分鐘,用中大火煎至兩面金黃,約每面2分鐘
2 轉中火,加入汁料撈勻,至蓋過一半雞翼煮滾
4 蓋上蓋轉細火炆5-8分鐘
5 開蓋,轉中大火收汁至汁料杰身,淋上檸檬汁即可

0.5 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water
Sauce mixture
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
200ml coke

Video:
1 Marinate the chicken wings for 30 minutes. Pan fry them over medium-high heat until golden on both sides, about 2 minutes per side
2 Turn to medium heat. Add the sauce mixture and stir well. Bring the sauce to boil
4 Cover with the lid and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes
5 Open the lid, turn to high heat. Reduce the sauce until it is thickened. Dish it up and top with lemon juice on it.
