whatapps: 1 581 700 8108 4月22號直播主題投票:https://ift.tt/2xw7yp2 所有直播重溫: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLONn2Tn1mlRGCmusbVSxUJ6B0ZTLhL4Ev 西檸魚柳: 魚柳600克, 切開分件,粟粉或麵粉1杯,1隻雞蛋,冰糖40克,吉士粉1湯匙,檸檬汁2湯匙,水150毫升,甜紅椒1個切粒 醃料:鹽1.5茶匙,蒜粉1茶匙,白胡椒粉 梳乎厘: 100ml 牛奶,20克糖,20克牛油,30克中筋麵粉, 蛋黃2隻,君度橙酒1茶匙(或可改用雲尼拿香精) ,蛋白2 隻,1.5湯匙糖(打蛋白用) Lemon Fish Fillet: 600 g fish fillet, cut into pieces, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, 40 g rock sugar, 1 tbsp custard powder, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 150 ml water, 1 diced sweet red pepper Marinade: 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 0.5 tsp white pepper powder Souffle: 100ml milk, 20g sugar, 20g butter, 30g all-purpose flour, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon Grand Mariner (or can be changed to Vanilla extract), 2 egg whites, 1.5 tablespoons sugar (for egg whites)
